Products can be ordered over the Internet at www.mobilityplaybook.com A confirmation for all orders made via the webstore will be sent by email, stating the price of the order and the products ordered. Order confirmation is subject to the notification of an e-mail address when ordering. The customer agrees to the existing terms of delivery in connection with each order.

the total sum of the order

Digital product

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. We are using third party payment processor Stripe.

Order cancellation

An order involving digital products may not be cancelled or refunded once the products have been downloaded or used online.

Product Format
The Kids’ Mobility Playbook is a digital publication delivered as a downloadable PDF. No physical goods will be shipped.

Usage Rights
The product is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the download via email or direct link.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Your personal data (e.g. name and email address) is collected solely to fulfill your order. All data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

Legal Entity
This product is sold by Jaana Ylikoski, an individual seller under Finnish law. Purchases are made directly from a private individual, not from a business entity.
All legal and tax obligations are fulfilled in accordance with Finnish legislation and administrative requirements.
